[Olson/Nelson 1959] Lactiflora: Stunning, fully double white flowers with great depth and symmetry are slightly domed, enabling the blossoms to drain spring rains, thereby extending their bloom season. Medium sized plants have emerald green foliage which perfectly highlights the flowers. This peony was grown from seed from a seedling peony peony grown by Dr. Cooper of Portland, Oregon. Exquistely fragrant, this cultivar is an outstanding garden subject and favorite cut flower. Blooms late midseason.
